An artwork by an award-winning artist will support the high-end image of your real estate project and make it stand out from competitors. It may even become a symbol of an office complex or a new housing estate. An outdoor artwork may become many things: a sculpture, a silent witness to children’s pacts; a bench, the scene of a first kiss.
As landscape designers, we bring our expertise from other projects and always see the artwork in relation to its surrounding space.
- We’ll shortlist the best artists for you, taking your budget and other specific needs into consideration.
- Whether you only need to design the plants and utility objects or the entire space, our landscape architects will help you with a concept and its implementation.
- We’ll supervise the sculpture manufacturing process and take care that deadlines are met.
- We will safely deliver and install the artwork.
Luckily enough, a minimalistic style – typical for current real estate projects – can embrace and accommodate even the most expressive and extravagant works by contemporary artists. Get inspired in our gallery.
Not decided yet? Rent a garden sculpture!
Commissioning an artwork is a decision that requires responsibility and commitment. Luckily, you don’t need to make it right away. Our Art Director Lenka will help you choose the right artist and arrange the rental. You just need to pick something from your chosen artist’s collection. The rental period is usually 3 to 6 months. We’ll deliver and install the sculpture.
It’s up to you whether you buy the work or give it back. For most of our clients, their first choice proves to be the best one: they keep the work forever. Some do give the original piece back, then commission another one, custom-made by the artist.
